Platform status
Peppermint is a pre-launch tokenization platform operated by Exbots Labs Inc. (Ontario, Canada). The platform is currently in its reservation phase. No funds are charged, transferred, or held during this phase. All reservations are non-binding expressions of interest.
Investor eligibility
Certain assets listed on Peppermint are restricted to accredited or institutional investors. An accredited investor is an individual or entity meeting regulatory income or net worth thresholds (e.g., $200,000+ annual income in Canada, $1M+ in investable assets). An institutional investor is a professional entity such as a pension fund, family office, or registered investment manager. Retail-eligible assets are available to any investor subject to KYC verification.

Asset scoring
Assets are scored using Peppermint's proprietary scoring engine. Scores reflect the information available at the time of listing and are subject to change. A score above 60 is required for tokenization eligibility but does not guarantee investment suitability.
Regulatory approval
Token offerings are subject to applicable securities regulations in each jurisdiction. Peppermint does not guarantee that any offering will receive regulatory approval. Offerings may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Intellectual property
The Peppermint tokenization engine, scoring methodology, and platform technology are proprietary to Exbots Labs Inc. Patent application in progress. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
