What we collect
When you reserve tokens, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. We store this information to process your reservation, send confirmation communications, and verify investor eligibility during KYC.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely for platform operations: processing reservations, sending confirmations, conducting KYC verification, and communicating material updates about assets you have reserved. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data storage
Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS (US West). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Document uploads are stored in access-controlled object storage.
Cookies
Peppermint uses minimal cookies for session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To submit a data request, contact privacy@exbots.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Jurisdiction
Exbots Labs Inc. is incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Your data is processed in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial regulations.
